Actually, the word inspiration means in spirit. All great works of art and genius are described by the creator as flowing through them and onto the canvas, into the music, or into the mathematical formula etc. Therapeutic Alternatives is all about finding that genius within each individual. The genius which can help one live life to the fullest through optimum health and reaching toward self actualization. Optimum health and self actualization? What is that you ask? Optimum Health is a Holistic approach to well being that takes one far beyond the traditional idea of well, or not ill. Holistic means the mind, body, and the spirit. Holistic health means health of the mind, body, and the spirit. Psychologist Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs states that needs follow a hierarchy. You see one can not reach toward fulfilling what one can fully be(self actualized) until one has surpassed the previous 4 levels of needs. These needs are in order, as followed:
1. Physiologic Needs(hunger, thirst, fatigue) 2. Safety Needs(avoidance of pain, anxiety, desire for security) 3. Belongingness and Love Needs(affection, intimacy, need to have roots in family or peer group) 4. Esteem Needs(self respect, adequacy, mastery, competence) 5. Need for SELF ACTUALIZATION (to be fully what one can be, Becoming the passionate, blissful, genius that you are!!!)

If you haven't seen the Movie "What the Bleep do We know?!" yet, I would highly recommend you see it. It will help you to understand the nature of Quantum Physics and how I perceive reality. I have been familiar with the Quantum World View(Mystical world view) for over 15 years and it plays a significant part in understanding my approach to wellness. You see Jesus Christ said, "The kingdom of God is within you and all around you, lift the stone and you will find me, cleave the wood and I am there." He also said, "Heaven is spread over the earth, but man does not see it." The interesting thing is that as I have studied comparative religions I have found that Buddha was saying the same thing, Mother Teresa, Saint Augustine, and a whole plethora of other saints, prophets, and sages. There are Mystics in all religions across the globe, Christ himself was a mystic. We're talking about universal truths here, and the power of understanding them. The fact of the matter is that Quantum Physics has validated much of mysticism scientifically. We just need to understand. I have been passionately studying how to understand for years. I have also been educating myself on how to utilize this understanding for my benefit and for the benefit of others for years. I would love to help you to understand too, so that we can all live the truth of Heaven on Earth.
This may be redundant for some of you, but for those of you who haven't heard of the Critical Mass theory I will quickly explain. Rupert Sheldrake is a scientist who discovered Morphogenic Resonance. He observed a phenomenon where new ideas and ways of living spread like a wildfire through populations of animals. For example, one bird in Europe started to drink the milk left outside the doorsteps of people's homes. Then before there was any time for this new method of survival to be communicated the rest of the population of these particular birds were all drinking the milk. Now, milk can no longer be delivered in the same way. Sheldrake discovered the Morphogenic Field which is like this telepathic highway that each species possesses that connects them all. Carl Jung(my favorite psychologist) also discovered the Collective Unconscious, a similar observation of universal archetypal forms of the unconscious mind. Ever wonder why birds flying south in a formation can all turn at the same time? Morphogenic Resonance. There are many examples like this, feel free to do your own research. So the Critical Mass theory that has been developed is that when enough of us(a critical mass) develops that sees this Heaven on Earth, it will shift the entire population of humanity's consciousness to Heavenly. When enough people have evolved to a higher level of consciousness, the Christ consciousness, we will all be here, now....Heaven. My goal is to contribute in whatever way I can to this Critical Mass.
